• Shipping & Delivery
• We ship all products available on our online store. On average, Orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days of us receiving the order confirmation and payment. Shipping may take on an average between 3 to 5 business days, all things being as they should. We can ship anywhere. As long, as you are willing to pay the shipping. We will generally ship by USPS. Unless otherwise requested or required. We use a flat rate charge determined by the total monetary value of your purchase. Overweight and non continental US shipping costs are quoted. Overweight Packages are determined by the USPS, generally described as more than 15lbs and/or larger than 84 inches in girth. All Shipments will have a tracking # and have insurance. Our packaging materials are generally boxes from shipments that we receive to help save unnecessary costs to our customers. Shipping is non refundable. • Return Policy
• Returns must be authorized through the shipping department. Do not send anything to Smoke 'n' Fire® until you have contacted us. Any products that are purchased on our online store can be returned unused in their original packaging for a full refund with the exception of food and/or products that were on sale or clearance. Items, out of their original packaging or used, are not returnable. Eligible and approved returns must be received back within 20 business days of the date of purchase. Any authorized returns received outside of the 20 business days may be given either partial or full store credit. Returns must be authorized. Contact us with your name, contact number, invoice#, order date and reason for the return request. All returns are to be sent to the return address on the package after initial contact with Smoke N? Fire Inc. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In the case that a full or partial refund is available the refund will be given in the form of a credit to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase.
